Two Of A Kind

I need some help in Two Of A Kind. I've gotten to Bovino's mansion and given the KISS single to Doctor Love. I know I need a crazy hat to get $2.00 off the nuts to get them for free, so I can give them to the squirrel outside Bovino's place. The problem is, the only crazy hat I can think of obtaining is Mr. G's hat, but there aren't any more conversation branches left for me to try with either twin. Is there something else I'm missing here? Also, is giving the KISS single to Doctor Love just pointless? Or does he help later on?

Its been a long time from I played this so what I suggest you do is go to the top of page, hit search, put the name of the game in, uncheck everything except Hints & Tips and Completed Games Forum and it will give you all the threads for the game. I know there a few.

I tried searching but only one thread came up, and it didn't answer my question. I did however get past my trouble area, but I found a new problem. How do you improve the headband so that the bum will take it?

Look in the two drawers in the office. Get the headband and the scissors. Using the scissors, cut two balls of wool out of Tiffany's bunny slippers (you can see them near the trashcan) and use the balls of wool with the band. Give this to the bum.
