The cheat can be "Bullseye". I typed this and James Peris didn't say it's not a cheat. But it didn't give a result.

Here's a random walkthrough I just wrote up cause I was bored to tears today. Credit to the Dutch walkthrough, off of which I took some pointers as well as the point scoring system. It's not perfect, so if you have suggestions I'm all ears.

James Peris

Bedroom

§   Click on the question mark (?) on the top menu. Click credits (you can click ESC to skip)
§   Look at the small poster next to your bed. Look at the window.
§   Pick up your Homer doll and the pile of junk.
§   Look at the pile of junk in your inventory to find a book, a magazine and a phone.
§   Open the book, you will find a card with the word BULLSEYE.
§   Look at the cell phone in your inventory. You will automatically arrive at the secret lab.
§   At end of sequence, you should have obtained 25 points.

Laboratory

§   Try to open the door. He will ask for a password. Nothing you say will work. Look at the BULLSEYE note in your inventory.
§   Try to open the door again and tell him “Bullseye”. You will be let in.
§   Talk the computer addict (fat man). Exhaust all dialogs.
§   Talk to Salador four times.
§   Talk to Pache-Q and exhaust all dialogs, she will tell you your mission
§   Talk to her again, and you will receive a watch, a resize gun, car manual, remote control and a gun. Look at the manual to reveal a playcar magazine.
§   Try to take the condom on the table.
§   Give the dirty magazine you found in the pile of junk to the computer addict.
§   Use the red mystery button to open the garage door.
§   Talk to Pahce-Q again.
§    At end of sequence, you should have 145 points.

England

§   Use the phone booth and take the map book inside it.
§   Go to the door to your left, and press the bell next to it. The door will open.
§   Press the bell inside the hotel to call a worker to the counter. DO NOT say I want to complain. Say you have a reserved room and tell him your name is George Bush. He will give you a key. Go up the stairs to your right.
§   Inside your room, open the drawers and take the large pizza poster.
§   Turn on the TV.
§   Return to the lobby and click the bell again. A girl will pop up. Tell her you want to complain about your room. To end the conversation, tell her you are going to a better hotel.
§   Go back to the beginning of the sequence and enter the Cyber-Café. Talk with Lord William (old man sitting by himself). Exhaust all dialogs. He will ask for a pack of sugar in exchange for his glass of vodka.
§   Talk to the large eared boy sitting next to him. Tell him there are cockroaches. He will fly away and you can take the sugar package.
§   Give the sugar to Lord William, and he will let you take his vodka. Before exiting the café, look at the spigot (jug) on the floor in the bottom left corner. Click Use, and James will spit in it.
§   Exit the café, and go left. Hover your mouse until “Go to other street” is displayed (I couldn't find this street the first time I played). Cross the street to find James Bond. Exhaust all dialogs. He will tell you that he is thirsty. Go find his favorite drink, which is a Martini.
§   Go right, past the phone booth and dummy display until you come to a dark alleyway.
§   Search the trashcan for a crumpled CD.
§   Go inside the pizza place. Look at both adverts on the wall.
§   Look at the boy and the computer.
§   In your inventory, use the resize gun on the pizza poster. It will become a pizza voucher. Talk to the pizza man.
§   Exhaust all dialogs. Choose the Pirate menu. Before you give him the voucher, make sure to ask if you can use the computer. Give him the voucher and receive a pizza with fake anchovies and a tiny knock-off Martini (Martoni).
§   Use the resize gun to make the Martoni larger. Mix the Martoni with the glass of vodka, and bring it to James. He will give you photos of the theft and leave.
§   Look at the photos. There are two things to look at in the photos that will give you points.
§   There's an address in the corner of one picture. Once you exit the photos, use them on the map book you found earlier. Now James will know where to go.
§   Use the remote control in your inventory and you will find yourself inside your car. Look at the steering wheel and the thing-inserter. Try to use the radio and then press Button 1.
§   Insert the trim you ripped from the map book inside the inserter.
§   At the end of this sequence you should have 143 points.

Blue Moon Bar

§   Look at the vending machine, and the narrator will embarrass James. Use it to retrieve a condom.
§   Talk to the doorman. Exhaust all dialogs. He tells you that you have to have a membership card to enter.
§   Go look at the old car to the right of the bar. Try to open the door and a card will fall out.
§   Give the card to the doorman and enter the bar.
§   Look at the Monty Boys, who are dancing on the stage. Go talk to the barman BEFORE talking to the dancers. Exhaust all dialogs. He's too busy to look at your photos.
§   Since you have no money to buy a drink, ask one of the dancers (any one) to buy you one. They will start fighting with each other. Use the gun in your inventory.
§   Go talk to the barman again. Exhaust all dialogs. He will tell you where you can find the girl.
§   At the end of this sequence you should have 193 points.

Switzerland

§   On your way to find the barman's sister, you're trapped in a snowstorm. Insert the Playcar magazine in the inserter and it will instantly heat up, melting all the snow (horny car =P).
§   Try using the intercom multiple times until you've heard everything and have received points.
§   Use your watch on the bar gate.
§   Look at the mansion. The door is locked. Go to the back of the mansion. When you walk near the tennis court door, you will get shot. Watch the cut scene.
§   Tell them your name is James Peris (doesn't matter if you use another name). James Bond will show up, and ask for his photos back. It doesn't matter what option you choose, James (Peris) will be forced to hand them back.
§   Talk with Mar Jane and Harry until you all go inside.

Switzerlandâ€"The Mansion

§   Once inside the mansion, Mar will hand you a map of the mansion. Use it to get around places. Look at all the paintings and the flowerpot on the table. Try to take the flowers. Try to take one of the paintings, and Harry will throw you outside.
§   Take your small pineapple juice that's still on the garden table. Look at the turkey. Use the mansion plans to return inside.
§   The Kitchen: Inside the kitchen, talk to the French chef. Exhaust all dialogs. He will be insulted and leave. Take the knife on the counter, and look at the little sticky note on the fridge. Take it.
§   Read the note. It tells you what James has to cook for dinner. Go the bookcase and take a book. Read the recipe book and find out what you need for the meal.
§   Open the fridge and take the milk.
§   Use the knife you found everywhere in the kitchen and your inventory (not sure about this, but you should receive points). Exit the kitchen.
§   The Cleaning Room: Use the crumpled CD in your inventory on the iron. This is iron out the CD and make it usable again.
§   Look at the dirty pile of clothes and the washing machine. Open the  washing machine and look inside to find a pair of panties. Exit the cleaning room.
§   The Theater: John will be telling a story on the stage. Listen to it if you want, it's entertaining to a degree. Exit the theater and use the map to return. John's gone now, but there's a magician in his place.
§   Take the magician's hat, and look at it in your inventory. You'll find a rabbit inside. Exit the theater.
§   The Music Room: Use the dance floor to start dancing. Harry will come and throw James out again.
§   The Game Room: You can't do anything here, but when you first come in, the narrator will give you 20 free points.
§   The Gym: Take the medieval device and open the cabinet to the right. Take the fishing rod. Exit the gym.
§   The Bathroom: Look at the screen, and try to open it.
§   Use the fishing rod on the fish tanks to get a fresh fish.
§   Look at the water and James will say he wants to take a bath. Use it to take a refreshing bath. However, Harry will chase you out again afterwards.
§   The Housekeeper's Room: There's nothing to do here. No matter which option James chooses, he will be kicked out again be Harry. If you do enter this room, use the I'm Leaving option to return to the map.
§   The Cook's Room: Take a piece of cheese on the counter. Exit the cook's room.
§   The Gardener's Room: Exhaust all dialogs with the gardener, until you reach the Turkey dialog. Tell him there's a turkey outside and he will leave to go catch it.
§   Take a carrot and a tomato. Exit the gardener's room.
§   The Library: Go right until you come to a computer. Use it to travel inside. Once inside, open the door to the bar/lounge to return to the library. Exit the library.
§   The Guest Room: You will receive points upon entering the room. There's nothing else to do here. Exit the room.
§   The Cinema: Take the butter on the popcorn cart. Exit the cinema.
§   Harry's Chambers: Open the drawers beside his bed and find a sack of herbs.
§   Read the note on the drawers and Harry will throw you out again. Once outside, you see that the turkey is now gone and has left nothing but feathers.
§   Mar Jane's Bedroom: Try to open the closet doors, and the narrator will warn you against it. Open them anyway. Now exit Mar's bedroom and return to the kitchen.
§   The Kitchen: First you need the sauce. Open the microwave door and put the milk inside, then put the cheese inside. James will end up with sauce.
§   Put all the ingredients inside the pot on the stove. Just as you're finishing, something will happen. Watch the cut scene.
§   You can now control all characters.
§   Mars:  Go inside the kitchen. Look at James's cooking and everything else in the kitchen.
§   Go to the mailbox and try to open it. It won't budge. Go to the rear of the house and pick up the turkey feathers.
§   Harry: Go inside the kitchen and look at everything. Go into the living room and use the stereo. Talk with James and exhaust all dialogs.
§   James: Talk to Harry and exhaust all dialogs. Go into the living room and use the ironed CD on the stereo. Grit your teeth and bare with the music.
§   Mars: Use the feathers on the mailbox and retrieve an evil note. Read it and you will automatically go to the library.
§   Harry: Go to the cleaning room and look inside the washing machine to find your keys.
§   At the end of this sequence you should have 563 points.

The High School

§   James: Talk to the kid leaning against the pillar. Exhaust all dialogs. He will give you an arrow and offer to trade you some information for his confiscated diary, which the principal has locked in his office.
§   Go left and walk down the path that leads to a graffitied wall. Read all the graffiti until you receive points. Go inside the school.
§   Talk to the caretaker (to your left). Exhaust all dialogs. He will tell you that the principal is away talking to the police. Try to take the golden key beside him, but he won't let you.
§   Mars: Talk to JK (kid leaning against the pillar). Exhaust all dialogs. He will ask you to go to a hotel with him no matter what you ask. Choose the “right side of the bed” option.
§   Go inside and talk to the caretaker. He won't let you take the key either.
§   Harry: He won't talk to JK, so go inside and talk to the caretaker. Exhaust all dialogs.
§   James: Go up the stairs to the left, then take the right corridor to come to a poster on the wall. Look at it, then take it. Return to the caretaker and give the poster to him, so that he'll make 1500 copies. While he's busy, take the golden key.
§   Mars: Go up the stairs and enter the women's restroom. Look in the mirror and open the two toilet doors. Look at the hatch on the floor.
§   Harry: Go upstairs, then turn into the right corridor. Enter the last classroom and take the keys on the table. Look at the poster in the corner.
§   Return downstairs and give the classroom keys to James.
§   James:
§   Go upstairs into the right corridor. Enter the fist classroom (English class). Sit down and use the knife, medieval device and arrow on Alvariti (one row in front of you, farthest to the left)
§   Keep bugging the teacher with whatever phrase option, until you get one that says you will fart if she doesn't let you out. Choose that option. She will throw you out of the her classroom.
§   Head to the next classroom (farthest to the right). Open the door and take a seat. Look at everything that you can, and bug the teacher until the option to insult his sports team comes up. Use that option and you will get thrown out of the classroom.
§   Do downstairs and use the golden key to go inside the principal's office (first floor, to the right).
§   DO NOT take the flat cap. You can look at it, but taking it decreases your points by 10.
§   Look at the strange picture of a man's face hanging on the wall.
§   Try to open the drawers. It's locked. Remember the hotel keys that you're still carrying around? Use it to open the drawers. Take JK's diary.
§   Return the diary to JK. He tells you that something weird is going on in the gym. Head right to come to the gym doors. Use the classroom keys that Harry gave you to open the gym doors. Watch the cut scene.
§   Exhaust all dialogs (no points here). Once the fat man is gone, use your watch to untie yourself.
§   Before leaving, take the hockey stick.
§   In your inventory, use the G-String with the Homer Doll. Give this to Mars. Give the hockey stick to Mars also.
§   Mars: Give the Homer Doll With G-String to JK. He'll tell you the answers to the English Exam (no use as far as I know, but please correct me if I'm wrong).
§   Go upstairs to the women's restroom again. Use the hockey stick to pry open the hatch. You've found the stolen treasure!
§   At the end of this sequence, you should have 865.

Quiz Show

On the quiz show, you will be asked questions, which will help you attain 1000+ points. Watch it ask Mars the stupidest questions, Harry the hardest, and you the most random. You play as James again so you don't have to worry about the others. These are the answers:
§   Hourglass: Turns over

§   Sea: Mediterranean
