I am stuck in King's quest 2. I have looked over the statue in town, but I
couldn't find the trap door. Am I looking in the correct spot?

I have checked the walkthrough, and after you read the note from the genie lamp, you look at the statue to find a trap door. I have clicked everywhere on the statue, but can't find the trap door. I have just finished giving the bird to the owner of the antique shop.

I get the feeling you're looking at the statue IN TOWN. That's not right. It's a statue INSIDE THE SHOP, to the right side of the screen. A white statue, if I recall correctly.
