Ok, so...

Got the note, nothing happened afterward. (Really, I expected something to happen after all the fuss about the note's importance at the beginning of the game.) Tried to give the note to everyone, nothing. Got bored. Started looking around at CD's and fixed my computer, burned a few CD's, gave one of them with incorrect label to the robot, and was able to pop him open and get his CPU. Now, stuck after that. No obvious tasks to do now. Help?

on the other CD? I made one CD with a "Happy Days" label on it with "Happy Days" music, and another CD with a "Happy Days" label on it with bad goth music on it. I gave the latter one to the robot which then shut down. I still have the former one.
