Okay, so I have no clue hoe to get the wine.  What do I use the jigsaw and the chisel and hammer for???  I know  need to get the mop back, but everytime I try to take it out it says something about him chasing after you.  Ahhhhh, what should i do?

No need for doubletheading....

You don't need the mop back. You must go to the back of the wineshop and first use the hammer&chissel thent he jigsaw to make a hole in the wall. Then, there, you have the wine.
