downloading and installing problems

Hi guys, I'm not sure this is the right board, but maybe someone (i.e. Chris Jones) can help me.  It seems that every time I try to install a game, assuming I can download it, I get the message:
                        "Error: Load room:  unable to load the room file 'intro. crm'"

What does this mean and how can I get around it?

Anyway, did you unzip the games to folders before trying? You can't run them directly inside the zip files.
