use the hook with yourself (if it isn't attached to your arm) and climb up to the birds nest.

you also need the mast to control the board. And do not forget to fix the telescope. When you are ready, read the map first and then and try using the shovel on it. The boat should move now. Hope you will find treasure island now :-)
