Loving the game so far     but I'm kinda stuck now.

make clothes for the humans, to cover their private parts.  I assume the 3 leaves on the battlefield is enough, but how do I pick the leaves up?  The magnet won't work, cos it's not metal.  And I can't walk out onto the field.

Use the scissors and rope on the magnet. Turn the magnet on and off to open and close the scissors.

Hmm, I'm still not getting it.   

I can get one step further, thanks to your hint, sthomannch.  But I still can't complete it.

I figure the 0 1 numbers at the bottom control movement of the magnet.  But I can't figure out how many 0s & 1s to use to make it line up and cut the leaves.

Every pair of numbers: 00/01/10/11 moves the magnet to the left/right/up/down (don't remember by heart which goes where), you need to move the magnet above each of the leaves, move the magnet down (with the 'down' button on the right), activate the magnet so that the pliers will close on the leaf, and bring the magnet back up to get it. The entire area is basically a 3X3 grid, so there aren't too many options for where to move.
