Looks like there's a bug in the game.
After turning off the water and stopping the
ballcock from moving I still get hit by it.
Also, when leaving the room after water is turned off
and returning immediately, the water is running again
even though the lever is set to position "closed"

You get the cup by using the rope on it.
Then walk out to the room with the skull
and pull the rope.
Still no idea how to fill the cup, there seems to
be a bug in the game in the pipes room

Look like creator of the Game is watching our buttle wz Game and smile..

ya..i did pull,took the cup..but starnge..cup is still there,even its in my inventory  
i try to open tab with cleen water-no,i try to take cleen water from founan-no..
It start to make me nervous...
I even went bk to forest-seems nothing i have to do there..
Strange...i am going to stop playing till i see any proper hints in future..

Use the rope on the cup and exit the room.  Pull the rope.  Take the cup.  Go to the pipe room. push the lever. push the red valve. push the blue valve.  use the cup on the faucet.  You're still going to get bonked but once won't kill you.  Hope this helps.

I looked every where -there is NO LEVER !!!
I even shut the lights at room to find it..May be Theatrx forgot to drow it in my Game?
