Project Xenophobe: Stuck at the wire

Im stuck in the place when we need  to connect 2 wire in a vent  ... I shorted the fuse box , i have tape, nails, a grenade, knife, a gun, a coin and meaby another thing...
What EXACTLY I need to do?
I like this (64 bit!) game and i want to pass trought it.
Please help me.
