How do I get Noah out of the cell? Nothing happens when I click on the door with the brain-shaped cursor, it's only got a flashing red edge. :).

I got out of the cell by following some hints I found on the page you linked to, but I can't get pass the two guys in the corridor on Ward 3. :(.
