Kittens and Cacti - no need for walkthru

Is there a walkthru for this game. I just keep going around in circles at the beginning.

OK we don't need a walkthru, the game is fairly easy and self-explanatory.

What I meant was that I just could not get started and was looking for a walkthru. Getting no answer I retried the game and found that I did not need a walkthru since if you followed the conversation you were getting your walkthru.

Hi there!loved the other 2 games in the series but please, anyone, a hint on why I can't open the .zip folder of the game! I've downloaded it just fine but it won't open! I have windows xp professional! would this be related to the problem?

Well, hmmm, actually nothing happens! I open the "kittens" folder , I double-click the KAC file and the screen goes black for a sec and then returns to its previous condition. Should I do stng with the SETUP DOS file?

Actually...I'm kind of stuck trying to scare the elephant. Does anyone know what to do? I daren't look at the black tree in the background near the kitten as this causes my game to crash, and I've tried every item on another, so I don't know what I'm not doing, but if you could, help would be most appreciated.
