I've already beaten the game with 144 points but it still says that I'm missing the question of "why" I was selected.  The walkthrough doesn't help.  Please help me.

I don't remember the ending of BJ3 perfectly, but as of episode 5 that question still hasn't been answered. Don't worry, you're not missing out on anything, it's part of the larger story arc of the whole series.
