It's in the Dojo. In order to get in there you need the karate-guy to open the door first.

um, how do you get the doorstop, if you can't get the walkie-talkie, because you couldn't get the ketchup, because you couldn't get a dollar from grandpa, because you couldn't get the brownies because you don't have the doorstop?

put the chair before the dojo door and then take the doorstop.
