What are you trying to type then? And... (just to be sure) are you playing on a laptop?

Im playing on a desk top it says the password is TR3N17 but its too long

Yeah, I just found out. Are you playing in 320x240? If so, I noticed you can't enter it completely. You can try switching to 640x480 to see if this solves the problem. I'm affraid you then have to restart though.

How do you know that they are there? Did you talk to Sue? What did she say? Did you read your email?

There's one thing you could have missed. You need to actually *click* on the e-mail you got from her so Colin would also read it, not only you, the player. I took me a while to figure it out too.

Make sure you get the pen (from your desk drawer) and envelope (from your office cabinet drawer).

Use the trahscan in front of your office to find something to post.

Walk to Carol on the far right and ask if there has been a delivery for you. As soon as she looks under the desk, put the envelope there.
