Im stuck and I'm ashamed of it. I just got the Thyme from the drug dealer, and I know I gotta use it on the trash can at the ship yard... but couldn't figure out anything past then. I looked at the walkthrough and it says to give the packet to the locals. What's the packet? It's not the drug cause that doesn't work. So someone help me get that packet.
It's in the grocery store where the shopkeeper got his butt kicked. it's on the shelves near the top right.
