Your keys, well.... have you looked through the window of your car? You won't get those 
And your neighbor.... leave him for now.

I think what's more important that you get to the theater, thus in your car. To do that, you need some tools. It's all in the bedroom.

In your nightstand is a toolbag with a pair of pliers. In the back of the room, left side is your closet (easily being missed). Take the coathanger from it and start crafting... ;-)
