Knight's Quest 3

Help, has anyone played Knight's Quest 3? I am stuck with 3 problems:

1) How do I get the goblin it's baby back? (I have the fishing pole, but no bait)

2) How do I get the prescription for the brain medication filled?

3) What do I give the guard?
