Stuck at the end.

So I'm standing in front of the radiator. The walkthrough says to use the screwdriver on the radiator, but when I do, nothing happens. I tried using every other item in my inventory on the radiator - also nothing. Is this a bug?

Maybe you are there "too soon", I mean......

to use the screwdriver on the radiator you must be "in jail", i.e. there must be two guards on the other side of the door, if they aren't there you can't use the screwdriver yet
