I am trying to figure out what land the picture in the front room is talking about.  Is it real or imaginary?  Can someone please help me out with some hints?

Ok...I figured that out.  But now I've been trying to find the brush or the keys for a couple of hours.  I read past clues about looking in the garage...but when I try to look at or open everything, they say there is nothing of use.  Any help would be great.  Thanks.
