 ::)  I'm spending a lot of time at police headquarters...I've been to Smith's red house, got the photo ...back to headquarters BUT I have a lot of trouble hitting the elevator button  (all the time)  hand didn't reach , walking back and forth, repositioning myself..it's a pain.  Anybody else have this problem?  If so any directions or suggestions?  Thanks a lot.

make sure you get like a green hand/grip.  at first I had trouble too.

You have to click on the exact pixel (a.k.a. pixel hunt) of the button.
