Quest for colour needed help

i'm in that strange room with the dog on the wall, i've got leaf, stethoscope and a piece of paper in my inventory!  i don't know what to do next, pls help!

I got stuck at this point too...................according to what I have found out from searching posts - the parchment is a riddle regarding the panel on the steps- for each line, determine a color (ie- sadness= blue, gold= yellow) and hit the buttons in that order.Ã,  It's kind of hard to figure out at first because the buttons don't click or do anything until you get the whole sequence right.

Did you find the parchment? I have the parchment but can't fathom out the colour sequence.

But now well and truly stuck again, I've put straw in hole and got a new leaf....guess I have to set fire to straw but how?

sorry, have i missed something?  where did u get the parchment and the straw from?  there's a hole in the wall but i can't seem to be able to do anything to it

I am well and truly stuck at this game as well.  What hole were you able to stick the hay in?   :o  I wasn't able to do that.  Right now, I have a leaf, the hay, a stick, a sock plant, a scroll, and stethoscope.  Have no clue what to do next...
