Can anyone tell me how to get past the dancing goths. I think I need to get in window, but how?

have you heard about the old "using a bank card to unlock a door" trick
i gave my stereo (the one i got from the sewage guy)to the dancing goths but nothing happened??
i also got an id card but i still cant get in for the appointment....?? by the way how do u use the phone we got from Mozes??
im kinda lost... dunno wat to do...please help..
