Hello, I'm a bit stuck on this new game.  Has anyone finished the game and able to help?

I currently have the food, cutter, shards, hanger, prison outfit, scrap of cloth, needle, and a combination chloroform/posion/pillow thing.  It seems
like I've tried every item on all available hotspots, but I very likely am missing something.

I have bar cut off window in cell, disgusting food from dish, deadly liquid (black bottle), chloroform, shards, prison garment, hangar from garment, which I detached, something I cut from garment with knife, (threads?) rope from toilet,

I put chloroform on black bottle and this makes a toxic chemical, then I put it on pillow and now have a toxic pillow.

If you click on the sink, it says dress like a zebra etc. I guess to get past the monster behind those doors. 

I haven't played anymore of the game and so I can't help you further than that.   I will go back in and see what else there is to do.....I don't have the needle that you seem to have.

ok got needle and now put thread from toilet and it sewed an outfit together in my inventory....

Just clicked on door now that I have the outfit together and I think this is the end? It put the pillow thru the hole and I get this saying like the creature is dead and I pass through and then everything is a black screen.?? so I think this is the end........ in this game, the stuff in the inventory ends up all on top of each other and the touch spots on the screen are not very easy to see....Oh well..........

Thanks so much Rosie!  I totally missed getting the rope and bar.  I got to where you are.  After getting through the door, a little movie plays and some credits roll by, then some text appears that gives the impression that the game is not over.  Yet the screen is all black and I can't seem to do anything else.  So...I guess that's it!
