I read on the walkthrough that the books will change to a new passage everytime you click on them till you get a book on witchcraft.Ã,Â Every book I click on in the paranormal section has the same passage.Ã,Â I know that I have not missed a step along the way so Im kind of stuck for now.Ã,Â I need the witchcraft book to proceed.Ã,Â Thanks Sunshine.

It has been a while since I played that one but if I recall, on the top floor, paranormal section, just slightly left to the stairs, 3 blue books, go left, 2 large brown books, click on or around that section, something should happen......

It is not exactly easy to find but can be done unless you missed something before

I was able to finish the game without it so it must have been a bug. Happened to me in 5 days a stranger too and I could not go any further because of the book on witchcraft. My new computer must not like books in games. Thanks for your help anyway.

In case anyone else was having this problem:

What worked for me was LOOKING at the paranormal book section a number of times, each time saying that there was a different book that caught your eye (or something of the sort). When the witchcraft one was the latest one mentioned, I USED the book, and it gave me the note.

I also USED the other books as they were mentionned, too.
