note about the blood:

Due to being far too addicted to shows like CSI, I know that bleach does not reconstitute blood. In fact many criminals (in the shows anyways) try to clean up a bloody crime scene with bleach. Bleach, in fact, will degrade blood. this means it will destroy all the DNA in the blood and make it useless. Just a fact. Besides, aren't bleach based products like Clorox used to clean bloodstains (and other stains) off clothing?

the shed:

torture Rolin (he's in the shed). Try blocking off the heater to make it unbearably hot, then shooting something into the shed to make lots of noise via the hole w/hooks and the rubber band- hint: you'll need to combine somethings together for this, it's not just the noise bomb- and lastly do something with that crack you can just barely see in the ice- maybe a nice shock will be the final straw?

The noise bomb would make a great prank right? But how will you get it far enough through the hole?

If you already used the superglue, think about what you made with it. Can you add something else to that?

If you really need the answer:

Use the super glue on the chopsticks and then use the feather on the chopsticks. lastly use the noise bomb on the makeshift arrow. Now use the noise arrow on the elastic which you've put on the hole and hooks on the side of the shed. BOOM!

after you've gotten four of the amulet pieces, maybe you should try and deal with that lizard. remember to take a close look around gamma xis for anything useful- remember how you got the amulet piece from pretuin ag?

So far, I got following:

Items from house:
hand fan, mirror, cabinet door and recorder

Item from inventor place:
Metal rod and bomb

Item from dreima:
Gold coin and metal piece from prindy after giving hand fan

Piece of sandwich, hammer, fishing line and the wierd item after
using green square in cavity at middle column.

Thing I did:
Have a full sandwich, attach metal piece to rod and trying it on motor but I'm missing something.

I've done everything that I could, can anyone give hints to what come next?

I also only have 3 amulets and am trying to get the one on Platimum Ag.Ã,  Which cacti. The one in the desert will not allow you to use the brick and the one in Borland does not have a horn.

Have you helped the daughter yet? The initial sap ooze goes on the big cork to plug up the hole in the wall next to the daughter. AFter that, the hole next to the shaman must be plugged with one of those animal repellants in his room to force the monster in the wall- the reason for all the plugging in the first place. A future visit to the cactus will eventually yield a horn embedded in it- extract it to get yet another ooze. This one's for the brick.

I can't catch the butterfly because I can't get the net (it's too long to carry).

I don't know how to break off the short blue pipe.

I don't know where I can find a jar or glass to get water from the river.

I don't know how to divert the river into the other channel.

I don't know where I can find blades for the turbine.

I can't open the strongbox in the storehouse.

The shirt. Don't have it? Take a look a in Rolin's house (the first one)- on the bed. If Toby X won't let you put it in, you have to light up the cave where the telescope is, take a look at the gravestone, and talk to Wilhelm and the secretary, read the book she refers you to, figure out what that means, and solve the gravestone puzzle. Now you'll get the option to block the vent. don't know what to do after? Check my previous posts-I gave the links in my post before last.

Thanks for the response. I had read your previous comment, which got me on the trail of the scissors but they haven't appeared at Gamma Xis. I take it there are only two rooms available at gamma xis? The ray gun appeared on a previous return visit, but definitely no scissors unless they're hidden in the closet which is unopenable!

As for the tomb, I thought I had to get rolin out of the hut before solving the riddle as he would have the answer. Your suggestion in a previous response states that I must first solve the riddle before blocking the heater, etc. at the hut. Is this the case, and if so, how do I go about solving it?

Anyway, I've just realised that I can go back to gamma xis and there is lots to explore there, so I'm going to see what I can do there.

Do as you will paolo, but you should realize that the first few pages deal with exactly what you're asking. And people find it annoying when someone posts a question about a game that has already been answered fifty times over. They're not likely to repeat themselves yet again. The posts in the Hints and Tips forum are there for you to read and get hints from.

I think you might need to have three amulet pieces (with the preluin ag piece left to find) before the scissors appear. To solve the gravestone riddle- fix the fusebox in the cave on Drawen. to do that, get the wire from the monquirrel-if you've got the amulet from the robot planet, go back wher the dog is-there's a bird on the tool shed now. talk to it and it'll follow you. lead it to the monquirrel and it'll drop the wire it's holding. use the wire on the fusebox on drawen. now, study the gravestone. go back and talk to wilhelm and the secretary to get clues about Rolin, read the entry in the book the secretary points you to to find out where the family motto is- it's in Rolin's house. Spell out the motto on the gravestone. When that's solved, it's time to get Rolin out of the shed so you can find the missing piece.
