If you haven't gotten rid of that lizard yet, no you have not traveled back in time...... He is laying on something which will allow you to go back in time....but you have to get him off it.
I wish I could remember better, but I know that I used a gun that I got when I went back to Ruby and I had an attachment in my inventory that I put on it.... Went back to the monster and shrunk him which then revealed the portal stone....... You then have to find 5 symbols to use on it to open it up.  So, I think you are far from that place yet.

Have you helped the daughter yet? The initial sap ooze goes on the big cork to plug up the hole in the wall next to the daughter. AFter that, the hole next to the shaman must be plugged with one of those animal repellants in his room to force the monster in the wall- the reason for all the plugging in the first place. A future visit to the cactus will eventually yield a horn embedded in it- extract it to get yet another ooze. This one's for the brick.

I do see aÃ,  sap on cactus but I can't use cork on it.
Where can I find bug repellants?

Try using the cork on the hole in the wall first then using the sap on the cork
the bug repellents are the balls hanging in the forground of the Shaman's room

How with what can cut string holding those balls?
I did managed in getting an amulet from statue using dried blood from cottom stick.

How to get fisherman out of shack? So far I have the noise arrow and it seems I can block heater with t-shirt but I am missing something else. I do seems to suspect the crack but not sure what.

It make sense to shock with heel into crack but I've tried every items to make crack bigger but doesn't seems to work.

How do I get rid of the lizard?

When you have to make that trip to see Ruby, you will see a gun there and he willl let you have it..... You will have something in your inventory to attach to it that will enable you to shrink the lizard and he will run away.

Regarding the gun, I know I need some converter but I don't have yet.

I'm wondering about the following:

1)Telescope
I read that I can use round glass piece on it but I can't

2) Getting meat from the native boy.
I know I need to distract him but how?

3) Hotel
I know can see manager precious item but how?
