I am stuck too but this part I do know. You can't get the scissors until you find the 3rd amulet, then you automatically to back to report to Ruby and the scissors will be there now. 3rd amulet is behind the gravestone

same thing happened to me LOL. Try using the brick in the hole in the wall first, it won't stay in there, then there will be a reason for the horn to appear

see where the superglue is on the top shelf?  see that seesaw underneath it?  put the teddy bear on one side..... then put the ashtray on the other side.  this will cause the teddy to fly up and knock the glue down.

The noise bomb is your reward for solving the burger puzzle- talk to the robot outside the cafeteria on the robot world. Getting the burger means you need the lockpick which means you need the magnet which is a reward for helping the daughter on preluin ag, for which you need the big cork. The lockpick is on Drawen. If you go all the way to the back of the town hall on drawen, you'll hear the lawyer say something about losing a crucial piece of evidence behind the archive (big file cabinet). Just use the cord you found near the statue on the robot world on the magent and use the completed ensemble on the archive. Now you can go back to robot world, go to the back of the cafeteria (the alley next to the robot that wants the burger and lockpick your way into the kitchen.
