*1- I've set the dynamite up - is it meant to be on the cliff to the right of the dam? - I need a fuse - where do I get one from? *2 - I can't get access to Mika's building - but I haven't found her yet - do I need to find her or get in the building? *3 I can't get anything from the bum's box -"it's icky" - as if a zombie would care! :P *4 What can I do about the rat ice-cream maker in the back of Yahtzee store?

At the dam, use the cigarettes on the dynamite, then the matches on the cigarettes (cigarettes from the jukebox by the bum, and the matches from the plant in the hospital. The other things you mentioned aren't important. You don't need to see Mika until day 3 at least.
