there is no walkthrough for this 1 so im gonna need your help ::)
i have the soggy spagetti and the blow-up doll but i dont know how to get the dollar or the fork...

well you have to go to the door right next to your restuarant and talk to your NEKKID, yes NEKKID bro. and after you've gone through all the dialogue options, you should get a fork. And then go to the grate on the pavement right outside Scid's. Use the fork on it and viola, you get your dollar!
