first you need to get into cellar - have a look under mat in hall - you will need to find something to unlock door, for this solve the ghosts puzzle. Then you can go onto getting rid of the wolf. For the sword - have you something in your inventory to use to help you get it off the wall

If you have the paintbrush you can use it on the canvas to paint the picture! Whew!
