I used the axe with the other pipeline, that near the box with the numbers and became a lot of brown water... i think that i did something wrong because i coundent find something to close the  alcantarilla... ayyyy

After you use the cork on the wash basin, then turn the tap on. Look at the water and you'll see that it reveals one lone tile. Look/Use it then look at the bricks. Open the brick and get the messages. By now, you should have two pieces of broken paper. Put them together and look at the final paper it makes. It shows the box switches for Carl. Input the same exact format into the box, and the arrow by the exit should change and point up. Now move your mouse to the top, but don't activate the top bar. Look at the roof.

 Ã, The info indicates the game is available in English....if not. Ã, why not remove that information. Ã, I tried to install twice in English but only Spanish installed.

when i look at it it also says "it's too dirty", and then he goes and look at it anyway. i can't remember doing anything to clean it, though. at the beginning he didn't want to look, but later on he just looked at it. i didn't do anything. i'm not sure if it's a bug, or i did something without realising it. 

jacqui, you have to download the english.tra file (http://www.zshare.net/download/english-tra.html)
and copy it into the game's directory, and run winsetup.exe then change it to english. NOTE: the movies and menu of the game is still in spanish.

another piece of broken paper.  I found two pieces of paper under the brick, one  I cannot interact with at all and one is the broken piece.  Was there another piece somewhere that I missed?

I got up to the point where there's brown stuff coming out of the pipes. I have nothing to plug the bath basin up with, and I can't get the cork back from the sink. What to do, what to do?

how did you get the brown stuff out because I cannot seem to do that.  As for the cork.  Did you have the other guy get his box open yet?  For that matter, do you have the second key to do that with yet?

The English version is all screwed up.
The hints up to here don't work in it.
It says he gives the other guy the glass shard to look at his neck but the shard stays at his inventory and it cannot be passed.
The axe can't be used on any pipes.
I put the cork in the basin but now one tap is broken and the other has no water.
This is very frustarting.

It is not screwed up.

you just look at the other guy, don't need to use mirror.  The other guy has to open his box and turn the water key before you can turn on the water.  As for the axe, I am still waiting for help.  The only thing I have been able to use it on the padlock chain.

well Im stuck again I have brown stuff comming out of both pipes and bath what do I use to stop up the sewer I tried the tile and it says i think I forgot somthing . please help.
