ok---how do i get the hose (if i need it) and how do i get the door to reactor room open.Ã,  any help would be greatly appreciated

Hose:

ask Matthew (CO) to use the scissors to cut a section (aka use scissors on hose). Scissors are found beyond the door.

:oWarning:   DON'T attempt to ask CO to cut off a piece of the hose before you have a reason to, or you will lose 10% trust.
