Ok, I've tried interacting with everything...I apparently need a security key after blowing off the panel. I have no clue what to do next. I can't push or pull anything... and I can't find hints, tips or walkthrus anywhere.

Take the red wire wich is in front of the entrance and use it with the fuse box.It shoud be easy from here
