how do i get the man out of the cafeteria so i can have access to the phone?And how do i get in the office from the bathroom door?Ive tried using the rope on the trash can to maybe have it pull the door it doesnt work ive tried everything else to get the door to open.Can someone tell me how do i open the door?

Nevermind the last post,I have another question,what do i do at the docks i havent a clue what to do next.i gave wally the ticket he checked his mail and left.and where is the recycling center?
