i am stuck i can go to the house, docks and park. I have spoken to everyone and have the bucket, ski and weenies. How do i get the blanket from the top of the tree? and do i have to do anything with the cat next to the professors boat?

Hi. I have got a bit further forward i found the shop behind the professors house and have picked up the fishing lure and the knife. I have also put the toolbox in the shoppers basket and given her the weenies, she has now paid for the toolbox and is waiting for a taxi outside but wont let me take the toolbox. I also still have no idea about the blanket or the cat - please help!
