I can not find this bird that everyone is talking about. I have everything that you get from the second cutscene ( including the one before the game) But I don't know what to do next!!

I take it you're in the dreamworld?

If so, stay on the mountainy bit and take the middle path at the top. Go to the very top to find this bird.
