problem in the game Ryan's Day Out

Hi, I have downloaded the game Ryan's Day Out again, but everytime I try to press the Coca-Cola on the sherbet fizz the game's screen leaves and is replaced with the main menu Windows screen button. I have tried to talk to the guy, taken the Coca-Cola, and I press it on the sherbet fizz and then the picture of the fizz shows up. But when I interact, talk, look, and try to leave, the game's screen leaves and the screen shows Windows instead of the game. Help! Help!
