Did you see the cutscene where the girl on Mars said that she sent a gas can to Annie? If you've played the original Zak, you would know that Annie's office is the door between the pawn shop and the hairdresser. Now, how can you get in there?

Well let's say some words ....
1st, the chainsaw out of gas, appears on lucasarts games since maniac mansion, it has appeared on zak and on sam n max as well, that's why when you fill it with the gas, u can hear a crowd clapping.
answering your question.... the gas for the chainsaw is inside annie's office, that u can open using the cashcard, inside the osffice u will see a box that u can open with the knife ....
