Thanks, I am a fool.  I had done everything except for interacting with the water-oops.  I made it to :the other side' and back and then when I went back to Kiri to have her follow me through the forest, the came cut-off.   Is this the ending, or did I have a download problem?  As for the cat-tail and the torch, I am not quite certain how I managed that, (there were 2 you could pick if I recollect correctly.  Needless to say it's in my inventory somehow.  Please let me know if the game ends abruptly at the tent after visiting the godess or if I had a problem when downloading.

You don't need to have Kiri follow you through the forest after she gets sick.  Did the game crash when you tried to ask her to follow you again? 

It seems like you've discovered a bug.  Could you PM me with what you did exactly to get the game to end too soon?

If you want the actual ending, you'll need to do something different.  Take the vial, give it to the air atapi, and watch the show.
