The IMBA Quest

Hello, can someone please give me a clue on how to get past the very first screen?  All I can do is pick up a book with a note in it and talk to the discussion group.  I go back to the map screen and the only area I can currently visit is the one I'm stuck in.

There is an exit to the right and one up the ramp.

I'm stuck, too. I can visit the areas Reaper mentioned, but don't know how to go anywhere else.

I can go to the bar, the scene with the discussion group, and the part with the shady man. I got the quest from him, but I don't know how to go anywhere else. I don't even know how to get back to the main map.

Never mind, I figured it out.

Click on your epic mount and then use it on yourself to go to the world map. Arg! So lame.
