 :'( I feel like quite the fool but I am totally stuck in this game.  I have managed to knock out the guard but is there anyway somebody can give me a small hint as to what's next?  I have tried all the combinations of the items I have in inventory and tried them all with the window and the crack in the wall and the bars.  Please can somebody hint me?

The problem is, it doesn't show on the map. The only places on my map are the beach, the town, the cliff and the harbour.
What could be wrong? I already restarted the game and played through it again but it's the same again. What could I do?

does anyone know how to get past the alarm near the start.

i lit the fire and used the hosepipe so the smoke is in the gaurd room but they still come out if i try to open the door
