Perils of poom

OK i'm in the poom amusement park, and i have the toilet paper, stick , screwdriver, and well pretty much everything including the glass cutter. But for some reason I cannot use the glass cutter on the window. I clicked all over the thing to no avail. Please help
It keeps saying that He won't go because he doesnt know whats down there.

You've got to go to the rollercoaster place and through a break in the fence, onto the actual ride. You need ther wooden board first. I think you get it from the side of that shack.
