I had a bit of trouble with this ending too.  I eventually emailed the author.  :=

You know that one door next to the mad house that is always locked?  You need to use that door somehow to distract the cleaning lady to get to mad molly.

lakerz, I have had the excact same problem as SHE DEVIL... I have been trying to do something to that door for the last hour... I could really use some more help... what am I supposed to do to that door?

Ask the cleaning lady to marry you and get her to follow you to the locked door. Try to open the door and the cleaning lady will remember she has to clean that house. Go talk to Mad Molly  J.
