I am stuck down in the caves, in the tube where the keypad is. Can anyone please tell me if there are any clues as to what the code is? Thanks.

I stuck at the absolute beginning of the game - so I must be doing something wrong. How can I leave the first room? I can' interact with the ship, I tried to go left but Sam doesn't go anywhere!?
Help!

Well, go right. Move your mouse to the end of the screen and click. You may need to set the mode to Walk (with the right mouse button or Ctrl-Z).

hmmm, he wouldn't go!? I have been playing the windowed mode (coz I play at the office!!!!) so maybe it has something to do...

I'm stuck in a cave (I fell thru a hole in the desert). I have a skull, a laser gun, a stick and fishfood. What do I do now?
I think I tried those objects everywhere (in the 2 rooms of the cave)...

You should have a rope. Then in the first room use the rope over the cave in from of you (not in front of the player character). This should work.

fishfood, 2 pots of water, rope and card 2. I did have a skull that I picked up from the crack in the sand but it's gone from my inventory!  :(
I know I'm meant to call the fish but I can't with what I have and I've tried everything

- where do I get the stick and laser gun from? Do I need them? What am I meant to do now?  ???

You definitely need that skull. It's the reason you're stuck. Maybe it is a bug in the game that caused it to disappear.

got 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 5th boxes can't find 4th - can't go back the way I came. Have pistol, rope and card 2

What do I do now?

The 4th box is there with all the rest of the boxes. Keep looking. You will only need one of the boxes, though. (Er, it might actually be the 4th... I can't remember.)

How do I get the 4th box - I've talked, interacted with and used all inventory items on all the other boxes and - nothing happens. Please give me a hint.

I had skull, rope, fish food, card 2, and have just been given stick and stun gun.  Was told to call fish out - didn't actually see fish but combined fish food with stick and now have stick combined with crystal - what the heck am I supposed to do next?

stick with crystal - to get you past the monster at the cave entrance - just show it to him.

I thought thats what I should do and have tried that - everytime I use stick and crystal at entrance monster appears and he jumps all over the place.  I have now gone back to Lili and he is finally talking to me ( he wouldn't talk before)- guess there maybe some bugs in this game  :-\

I think it's a little buggy - I completed the game though!  8) For anyone else who has problems picking up all the boxes

found the game. i'd played it before but thought it was calloed insta game. i quit the first time cuz stupid me i didn't read the manual and didn't know how to access my inventory anyhoo...

I used the fish food with the stick by one of the lakes

I found the game too buggy and gave up :-\

I kept thinking that I'd picked stuff up and lost it - then I realised there is a scoll up or down on the side of the inventory! Can't tell you how many times I restarted the game before I noticed that  :-[

The stick doesn't work with the fish food!

Call the fish using the skull, make sure you picked it up near the entrance to the crack in the sand* before you met the hermit- then give it the fish food - then it will give you the crystal

Then use the stick with the item just received!

I can give you more hints if you do want to finish the game - don't know about you but I hate it when a game beats me - bugs or fiendishly clever game creator  :-\
