Ok, I replayed it on arcade mode. The basic strategy is to spin round a few times to get those blocks to the other side of the room.

Ah, 84 rules, it's my favourite level followed by the last couple sun ones.

From memory: Don't leave the top two chambers as long as there are still blocks in them. Also don't start by filling up the lower chambers with the blocks from the top right one. What you need is to get three blocks behind Tiltor in the top left chamber, start with putting only two blocks in the chamber on the lower second level (Left - Right - Left- Right). Then tilt to the save spot between the top two chambers and spin round so one block from the second level falls to your right, where you can tilt it in the top left chamber. The spin move should be something like Right - Right - Right. Repeat one more time. Go back to the top left chamber and NOW fill up the lower chambers with the blocks from the top right chamber. Then tilt to the now empty top right chamber and put the three remaining blocks from the top left chamber in the lower chambers. I think you need to spin round one more time in the right chamber to get them all out, but if you made it this far you should be fine. Follow the last block to the whirl!

Phew, I've reached 111 (the one with AH!! spelled out in the middle).
It's the creators' name, but describes my feelings about this level pretty well

Could someone give me a hint?

I'm pretty sure that I need to get four blocks to the top right, that's the only way to reach the vortex. And it's impossible to get the fifth block out of the top, anyways.
But how am I supposed to get those four past my red one?

Level 110:

This level nearly drove me insane the first time I got to it. A little persistence paid off, however, and I finally triumphed.

Hint 1:

First of all, start with R L L R L L. That's the first big milestone.

Next, you have to go back and forth over and over and over to get all but one of the blocks in the long shaft by where the exit is. Once you have only one block outside of that shaft, then break the pattern to drop that last one down to the area where the red block started. This is the next big milestone.

After that, it gets kind of difficult to offer hints. All I can really think to say without simply giving you the solution is that the red block will never again enter the chamber on the opposite corner from the long shaft by the exit.
