The cat won't appear untill later. 
For the antenna, make sure the bird is sitting on it.  Make sure the device is set to "high".  Then turn on the television.

Get the scissors from Tim's drawer, and the headband from Tiff's. Then, with Tiffany not in the room, use the scissors on Tiff's bunny slippers. Then use the cotton balls on the headband.

Talk to Doctor Love with the girl, he'll tell you he dislikes a particular band... maybe you could find some memorabilia of that band so he could release his anger...

To remove the cat, just talk to him with every option of speech that you have, if he finds out roger lives at the farm i bet he would rush over there...

Further info on D. Love:
Talk to him with every option (with the girl), then go to the office and get the KISS single over the boy's desk, then take it to the doctor (you must do these actions without the boy following you), and he will destroy it but he'll make the flower prettier for you.

How do you find the Mansion? The twins have talked to each other but nothing new appears on the map. And where is the cat, he's not in the alley even though I've talked to Roger and discovered he is afraid of the cat.  I got the rat down, got the nuts and the honey and gave the kiss album to the doc already.
