Well, I feel that I have come to a dead end on this one. It is time to ask for help...
I have my weapon, Polka CD, and a mug of ketchup. I read another person's hint about a Vicks Vaporub, but I don't know who that is (well I do, but not in this game yet). I got into the Mayor's office and I said I would wait around for him to get back. I did. I waited around for about a half hour (I ate dinner and watched some tv ;D). Anyway. I have been everywhere. The City, The Entrance Sign, The Book Store, and City Hall. I need help or at least a hint if anyone has one. Thanx.
Check again the name plate in the mayor's office. There's something strange about it.
