I'm right near the end of the case, and whilst I'm fairly sure I can see the inconsistency between the 2 pictures and how the case will unfold... I can't seem to nail the precise hotspot I'm supposed to get to point out the inconsistency...
Edit: Disregard, I was obviously clicking slightly too low of the hotspot. Just nailed it and finished the game.

I need more help with the 2nd part. I've taken notes of everything, tried all the dialogue with the witness multiple times, I have the same court records I had in the first part, and nothing makes sense. My only idea so far

When you are to attack, you need to use the correct inventory item AND then the correct line of questioning. If you are to ask about the texting, for instance, you need to
