Has anyone managed to play this game.
If you did, how did you get the ludwig.exe file. ???
I don't get it after unzipping the game. :-\
Hi. I've jsut manged to download and have started to play fine with no problems so far - apart from the fact im stuck and can't find any help!

Yes I did a long time ago and deleted and downloaded it again but that a few months ago with no luck. :(
Hi Sunshinegold, you're welcome. If you've already downloaded the game and unzipped it ( I use win zip) open the folder and you should see a white square with a little blue on the top of it, it says "ACWIN",click on that, that's the game. By the way, in the walkthrough it says put the bread, nail and glass together, I don't know where the glass is supposed to be and I can't get him to eat. If you find out let me know. J.

Thank you SHE DEVIL. I downloaded the game again and it seems to be working. I only went to the bar and talked to barman and came out. I will play later on. :)

Hey, I've found the glass. Some steps appear to be missing from the walkthrough.

Go to the town square. Throw the rock you've just bought to the window of the Town Hall. Then pick up the piece of glass.

Hi SHE DEVIL. I have downloaded the game and had not problem after following your advise.

I did not have time to really play it yet but I went to the bar, went outside and saved the game. Then reading the walkthru I realized that I forgot the nail inside the bar so I went back to the game and I had no trouble loading my saved game.

And now just before answering your post I went back to my saved game to see if it would still work and I had no problem. I went back to acwin.exe, let the intro go by and just went to 'load'.

What do you mean exactly.Ã, Can you download the games?Ã, I had lots of trouble with vonLudwig and I erased it and re-downloaded it quite a few times and it just did not work for me. Finally SHE DEVIL gave me the best tip

As for the Perils of Poom, it has been a long time since I played the game but I don't recall having trouble.
The other game I never downloaded.

Sorry I can't help you here. I had lots of trouble with this game but I never encounter that one. Maybe someone else can help you. I hope so because it is very frustrating when you see all the questions and hints and the game seems to be very interesting and cannot play the game. Good luck.

I was going thru the 'hints' pages and found this. Have you ever been able to play the game?
I had no trouble downloading the game and playing it, but when I end it and then go back into the game to load, the whole thing shuts down and I get a microsoft error message. Can't seem to load game again, so I deleted it and that's that.
